Abstract
L’articolo analizza il problema del contenuto della contrattazione collettiva in Italia. In particolare, dopo avere affrontato il tema della libertà di individuazione del contenuto del contratto collettivo, distingue tra la parte normativa e quella obbligatoria, e esamina il rapporto tra legge e contratto collettivo.
Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of the contents of collective bargaining in the private sector in Italy. In particular, after having dealt with the issue of the freedom to identify the content of the collective agreement, it distinguishes between the normative and the obligatory part of it, and examines the relationship between law and collective agreement.
