Abstract
Il contributo tratta dei problemi dell’eventuale introduzione del salario minimo in Italia, esaminando le proposte di legge in materia. Affronta poi le conseguenze che il salario minimo avrebbe sul ruolo dell’autonomia collettiva. Infine analizza l’impatto delle recenti pronunce giurisprudenziali della Corte di cassazione in tema di individuazione della giusta retribuzione.
The essay deals with the problems of the possible introduction of the minimum wage in Italy, examining the legislative proposals on the matter. The study then examines the consequences that the minimum wage would have on the role of trade unions. Finally, the work analyzes the impact of the recent jurisprudential rulings of the Court of Cassation on the subject of identifying minimum wages.
